I didn't see the whole episode tonight but, Roxanne rules. She's smart and stuck to her guns, especially when the rest of her team did not support her. She didn't sour grapes about it either -- also admirable. Too bad she had to split the prize with her undeserving team of dimwits.

Roxanne presented herself well...the presentation was excellant...as you said I'm glad she stuck to her guns and not listened to what Andrea had said...the team lost the last one because of Andrea and her idea on the banner...if Roxanne had listened to Andreas advice they might have ended up in the boardroom.

Roxanne did perform well in this task. What impressed me most was not her execution (which I think was good), but it was calm in the face of opposition from her team members that impressed me most..On the past two task, Andrea appears to be what she claimed Brent was to the team..She was constantly critical, she put forth bad ideas that would have contributed to a loss...Last week her ideas did contribute greatly to the loss. The difference this week was:
1) Roxanne stuck to her vision of how the commercial should be presented. Her presentation skills blows Tammy and Sean's out of the water.
2) Roxanne was not emotionally distraught because of the negativity from her team..Tammy was a follower and got caught up with Andrea's obsession of Brent..
3) Her commercial was clear and concise...

Andrea accused Roxanne of not managing the timelines...It appeared to me that Roxanne was surveying the ship to gather info for the best location shots...IMO the smart move....She got the ship info which helped her get the vision she had for the project.

neither commercial was very good. if gold rush hadn't blown it so badly, they might have won.

My problem with with Andrea is not that she is a tough woman, but that she is not tough enough...Since the beginning of the show, she has spent most her time whining and critcizing others...Like Tarek, She cannot handle constructive criticism or for others to disagree with her...That is why she gets along with Tammy..Tammy agrees with everything Andrea says....

Maybe an oversight on my part, but I do not remember the execs calling Synergy's commercial bad...In fact I remember them saying it was a good job at the end of the presentation ....Something they did not say about the Goldrush presentation....

As I have said before, there is no question Andrea has demonstrated she is smart and can effectively lead a project. However she has also demonstrated some emotional instability and immaturity...I think her obsession with Brent will now be transfered to Roxanne because Roxanne has shown to be an independent thinker with her own opinion...Think about this, why did Andrea even react to Roxanne's comment about Tammy being the best PM they ever had....She did not knock Andrea, for Andrea to overreact the way she did....An insecure person reacts that way..A secure person would not care what another competitor thinks as long as they continue to win...Kendra and Randal had the focus to not get caught up in who liked them or not... They focused on winning...Andrea has the skill to win it all; but she does not have the temperment and emotional content to win in this game..

It was good seeing Kendra in this episode...I hope to see her as a future advisor to Donald...IMO Kendra exemplifies a strong business person.

Roxanne rocked this week's task! She may have had a tough time with Andrea, but the way she stuck to her guns and her own vision of the commercial was amazing.

By the way, what the execs meant by "jarring" is that it sucks you in, it grabs your attention.

Dear Purse Girl,I raelly enjoy your posts. They are clever and raelly on the tip of pop culture and current ideals. I'm also a big fan of the Apprentice and was happy to see a woman finally win, but like you point out, what was most refreshing was how Trump stepped in and gave the country a sense of hope and opportunity. Do you also write for magazines? Your point of view is raelly hip...Keep up the good work!
