Jim is a complete idiot. He may have talent but he is so self absorbed it is ridiculous. One thing is for sure I will enjoy watching him continue to make an *** out of himself with his ridiculous expressions when he is criticized...

A complete jackass, probably. But, I certainly don't think he is any kind of a plant. This guy is definitely rough around the edges, but at least he makes for good TV. The other "milktoasts" on the show are too homogenized. Yawn! I can't wait for next week. I hope he continues his crazy antics.

Saw Wed. show and just what I thought he is a killer! Literally! He does seem like he has a great deal of talent. First task, Dawn said the only unquestionable part of the book was Jim's design and art direction. Second task, he looked as though he painted and set up whole shop with the help of Shawn. I'm curious to see how he performs next week.

So he's a bit uncontrollable but he can lead a team to victory! He has something none of the other contestants has; spunk and personality. He doesn't take life too seriously but he seems to take work seriously when he's working. So his personality is obnoxious at times, but when he's at work, he seems to outdo everyone on his team. I didn't see him being obnoxious while negotiating with the celebrities which is a clear sign that he is in control of the on/off switch to the loud behavior. He didn't seem to care to inspire his team much but his ideas were great and he led them to a win. I don't think he'll win but he'll go far on this show and gets my 'most likely to succeed in life' vote out of the entire group.

Jim works hard and plays hard. He's intentionally 'crazy' when it suits his needs. For better or worse the only people he's fooling (besides half of America) are his noodle headed teammates that STILL haven't caught on that this is a game. Quite funny.

Jim seemed to relax on his craziness act this week. As the winning project manager this week, he went to Marcella (the losing Project Manager) and warned her that her team was going to try to crucify her. Then he gave her a pep talk!! That was so awesome and shows that he really can be a nice guy if he wants to. Marcella is so much younger than the other candidates and she has a lot of passion and talent but she also has a lot to learn. If I had the means I'd be giving Marcella some advice along the way, so I was very glad to see Jim put aside his gloating as the PM of the winning team and privately go to Marcella to try to help boost her confidence as she prepared to go into the board room. Way to go Jim!!

Personally, I don't care what some of you naysayers think. I think he stands a great chance of at least making it to the final 4. He's just one of 5 people remaining in a competition to work for Martha, and I wouldn't also argue with his 2-0 record as Project Manager (although both came against Marcela). Perhaps some of his tactics are just strategy, but he's definitely a contender in my honest opinion
