Martha is a Racist

On the last Martha Stewart's Apprentice, she showed that along with her unethical business dealings that she is also a prejudice b*****. Its one thing to hold personal views about people, but to publicly show them on television is downright criminal. Martha shows obvious predudice against minorities by her actions in the show. The only minorit candidate, Jennifer was ousted in the last episode because of a task that was lost by a mere twenty dollars. It was clear that Jim is a loose cannon and was extremely vulgar and may have even sold more without his crudenss. It's beyond belief that Martha Stewart would give a chance to someone like Jim and have him as a potential apprentice than to have a solid player like Jen. It was extremely offensive how Martha acted out towards Jennifer in the conference room and even barely had words for her in those exit letters of hers. Obviously she also did not incorporate the asian vinagarette for her wish bone product even though it did sell very well. Martha Stewart you are charged with prejudice and racism.

jen wasn't the only candidate of color: marcela is a latina and martha seems interested in her, despite her thus far uneven performance.

bethenny made the asian vinegrette, not jen. at any rate, far from disparaging it, martha seemed very pleased with it. i thought her facial expression and comments communicated that she responded better to it than the rosemary lime so i was surprised that all the ads say it's her pick. but i guess it would look odd for her to be a part of marketing the product of the losing team.

the loss was about sales.

if you pick up that martha has a prejudice against jen, i'd say it's because she's a PROSECUTOR. martha commented on her job disparagingly on her way to booting her off the show. jen was blah, let jim walk all over her. you can't be afraid of your team. if she'd reigned him in, they may have made more sales.

I agree completely with you rhicjs1. After watching episode 5 of apprentice and seeing how Jennifer was treated by Martha I was so angry! Martha's treatment towards Jennifer was completely different to other interviewees. What bothered me especially was how Martha signed her exit letter to Jennifer. For all the other contestants, she had nice kind, encouraging words. For Jennifer, who lost only by 20$(and it was her first loss), all she had were insulting and degrading statements! I think it was clear that Martha has some racist thoughts.

Anybody know what the upshot was of the Martha Stewart scandal? I saw a blurb on one of the finance shows indicating her stock is up and has been slowly improving the last couple of weeks. Is she off the hook over the Imclone sp? thing?
