The Apprentice: Donald Trump, Week 11: Microsoft Live Meeting
Original Air Date: 1/5/12
This week’s reward is definitely the most emotional one yet: Randal and Rebecca get to set sail around Manhattan with his wife and her boyfriend. Meanwhile, Felisha tries to give Alla a whole melodramatic woe-is-me story over dinner, but Alla won’t have it. Don’t you know everybody has a rough life, Felisha!
The bell sounds as the boardroom starts to look more like WWF Monday Night Raw with Alla the Exterminator versus Felisha the Pageant Queen Bee. Alla is out for blood, accusing Felisha of focusing more on trying to outshine her than winning the task. When Felisha starts to object, Carolyn interrupts her to let her know how bad a leader she was on this task. In reply, Felisha makes an over-the-top and desperate plea about how much she cared about winning this task and becoming the next Apprentice. She does, however, admit that her main mistake was in making Alla the director. Both Trump and her agree that it is incredibly difficult for anyone to lead Alla.
Bill comments that their promo ‘was too chopped up’ for any one to follow. Felisha blames that one on Alla, who disputes that and even goes as far as to say, “Felisha, shame on you.” Guys, guys, it’s not like Trump can’t view the tapes and find out it was you, Alla, who wanted all the text and graphics. So Alla, shame on you! Trump then goes after Alla for being too harsh on Felisha, while at the same time letting Felisha know that she wasn’t “up to snuff on the task.”

Is it going to be Felisha or Alla? Trump, as always, makes it look easy as he tells Felisha that she isn’t tough enough for his organization and fires her. When a relieved Alla gets up to leave, Trump tells her to sit back down. Alla is stunned. Trump says, "Alla, the fact is you're very difficult to manage. Alla, you're fired."
