Of course, there was still bragging from the top biller. And why not? He earned it. There was no way though he could have achieved the numbers required to win all by himself. The contribution from even the weakest sales person was necessary for the team to win. It should come as no surprise then to learn that in the course of the contest, much of the backstabbing behavior I had seen before was replaced with greater cooperation and encouragement. The star salesman even got on the phone for one of his teammates to help close a particularly difficult client. Because they pulled together in the spirit of aloha, the entire group earned the Hawaii trip.
With this week's challenge, Team Kinetic aced out Arrow. Maybe it's because members of Kinetic were more willing to work for a less-than-perfect leader. They may have complained about Aimee's failings, but they didn't allow their petty differences to prevent them from doing a good job as a group.
In the boardroom, Arrow's Project Manager Aaron decided to bring Surya and Nicole back in for the final firing decision. In spite of all his adamant assertions to the contrary, Surya did not step up on the marketing. He was all hot air, and no substance. And when it came time to sell honey at the supermarket, he chose to hang out at the food counter. He deserved to be considered for the ax.

It was strange that Aaron brought Nicole back into the boardroom, especially considering how Donald Trump had just said that she's a star. The best explanation Aaron offer was Nicole's failure to make any bulk sales this week.
Trump kept talking about the budding romance between Tim and Nicole like an old yenta. The entertainment value in having passion spark between two of the job candidates only gave Mr. Trump another reason not to fire Nicole.
Aaron drew fire from his team for his reluctance to get hands-on with the task. Aaron certainly did a half-hearted effort to approach potential customers. What seemed to stick with Trump though is the fact that Aaron didn't speak up when he was one of The Donald's advisors in the boardroom. Since Aaron wasn't willing to express his opinion, Mr. Trump expressed his by firing him.
